A lovefrom.ca subscription box has practical items that seniors most need, most want and most request. They are the brands they know and include personal care products, sweet treats and a special item such as soft socks. How did you decide on what items to include in the box?
We conducted research with retirement home professionals, family members supporting loved loves and residents themselves. It was clear that there were products and brands that were most often needed and wanted. We packaged those products in various combinations so that you can choose the box that is just right for you!
Can I request different items to be included in the box - For example sugar-free Werthers candy?
Where do you ship?
We send lovefrom.ca boxes to every location in Canada. While we do not ship to the U.S.A. at this time, we do accept orders and payments from the U.S.A. for subscriptions being delivered within Canada.
When do the boxes get delivered?
We send the first box of your subscription within a week of receiving your paid order. You can count on each box in your subscription being delivered the same week each month. You will receive an email notifying you of when each box was shipped. You will also be provided with a Canada Post tracking number to monitor your shipment delivery.
Can I get only one box or get a box delivered every other month?
Yes, the everyday enjoyables and the soft & cozy box are available as a one time purchase. The everyday enrichables and the everyday essentials boxes are only available on a subscription basis of 3 and 6 consecutive months. The contents of these boxes are less of a one-time gift and more of a consistent supply of practical items that get used, and used up, throughout the month.
Can I add or skip a month in my subscription?
Yes. It’s as easy as contacting us with your request.
Can I personalize the box?
Yes. Each box is personalized with a “from” label – both on the outside as well as the inside of the box so that your loved one knows, and is reminded, who is sending them the everyday enjoyables. Specifying the “from” information is step two of the subscription process.
When does lovefrom.ca charge me?
All of our boxes and subscriptions are prepaid. Lovefrom.ca charges you for the full cost upon placement of your order. For your safety and security, we do not hold credit card information on file.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees and you will receive a credit card refund for the prepaid amount of the boxes not yet shipped. You will also receive an email notification of your cancelled subscription and refund.
Can I return the box?

How do I change shipping information for my subscription?

Is the box recyclable?
Yes. The box and tissue paper can be recycled. We have deliberately kept packaging to a minimum to be more environmentally friendly and easer for seniors.
What is the "give and give back program" all about?
We are committed to giving back and have structured our business to do just that. We donate one box for every ten boxes we deliver to a home every month. Caregivers at that home can ensure that the entire box or its individual items are distributed as needed to deserving residents.
